The crew at Hamburg Bobcat has helped us out a couple of times now, with each end of the spectrum. Our equipment has at different times needed a significant repair and a pretty simple one at another time. Both experiences have been great! Zach Myles is the man! I Stopped in from Canada to follow up on parts for a Develon Wheel Loader that my Dealer in Canada was telling me are not available until sometime in March. Zach spent probably a good hour helping me find the parts I needed. There was no pressure from Zach for me to buy the parts. He provided me with a no obligation quote. Excellent customer service. Will have to stop in again next time I'm in town.

I've had nothing but positive experiences as a renter (full-size skid steers, excavators, and mini skid steers), as an owner (2023 MT-100), and with the service department and on-site service calls (we've needed them twice, and they've been out within an hour). Any issue or problem I have had they've gone the distance to get it corrected and to leave us better off than what we were before. Highly recommend.
